There are lots of breakfast choices, and the sauna area is spacious and comfortable. Our room was very large and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. The hotel also offers a ski pass discount, and you can buy the pass here; there's an equipment shop and guest parking as well. Great hotel, highly recommend visiting.

We were staying next door at Albona Hotel, enjoying our first evening in Ischgl, when two women came out shouting and screaming at us simply because we were guests of the neighbouring hotel. It was 8 o'clock, and there was no reason for them to treat us so rudely. Appalling behaviour!

Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were really good. It's a very good hotel with everything you need and more. My one small reservation is that they charge for water at dinner. I'm not sure why, since everything else is included, and it feels a bit odd.

The hotel was otherwise rather nice, but even with a double bedroom suite booked, you might be given a single-room apartment as an “upgrade.” They compensated the difference when I insisted, though the “excuse” dinner didn't include wine.
