The apartment looked stylish, but the stay was deeply disappointing, with poor service, unhelpful staff and a design that seemed to put appearance ahead of the guest experience. We wouldn't stay again. For nearly €4,000 a week, we ended up leaving a night early. This was my 10th trip to Austria this season, and the worst service I've had by far. I'd strongly recommend avoiding it. Although the apartments are advertised for six, the price is per person. We were repeatedly pressed for cash for the city tax and cleaning fee as soon as we arrived, without a proper explanation for why cash was required. That felt questionable, especially since no other place we stayed in Austria operated that way. We also paid an extra €650 to use the sofa bed in the six-person apartment, but it hadn't been made up when we arrived. The layout is poorly thought through: both bathrooms are inside bedrooms, so anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has to walk through somebody else's bedroom to use one. For a newly renovated property, the details were surprisingly lacking. There were no USB charging points in the sockets, TVs were missing from bedroom walls, and the living-room TVs wouldn't connect to the internet and didn't work. Service was just as disappointing. Staff were seldom on site and, when present, were unhelpful and quite rude. We never received the information about VIP lift passes, so we paid more for passes than we should have. The night buzzers didn't work either, which is concerning if you need assistance. Before the trip, we were told by phone that parking and an EV charging point would be available. On arrival, we were told we couldn't park there and there was no charger. Checkout was handled poorly too. Staff were rude and said there was nowhere to leave luggage or shower after 10am, even though at check-in we were told that would be possible, since guests the previous day had been allowed to do it. That kind of inflexibility is very unusual for ski accommodation. The boot room isn't heated, so the ski boots and gear stay cold and damp every day.

A very disappointing stay. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else. The apartment was confirmed as a “1 bedroom apartment”, but it turned out to be a studio, with the sofa bed in the same room as the kitchen. Check-in started badly. They required the full payment in cash and asked for €300 more than the confirmed booking price. Even with our confirmation, they wouldn't correct it, so we had to go to another Fliana hotel to sort it out, which took almost an hour. The boot room lockers don't have heaters, so the boots stay damp and cold. Hot water also stopped working during our stay, and nobody was at reception to deal with it straight away. Every issue was handled badly, with awful customer service. It wasn't worth the money. Just book somewhere else.
