A slope for advanced skiers comes right down to the hotel, which made getting back at the end of the day really convenient. Hotel Angela is a family-run place in Ischgl, set toward the end of the resort and a little back from the main area. The Silvretta A1 cable car is still an easy trip, about 650 m away. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of clothes storage. The hotel is very well soundproofed, so we heard nothing from the hallway or other rooms. Everything felt warm and was extremely clean. There’s an underground garage, plus rooms for skis and boots. We didn’t use the relaxation area, so I can’t comment on that. Breakfast was delicious, with local products, and the bread was amazing. There are no dinner options, unfortunately, just a bar for drinks. Mrs. Angela was always kind and attentive, and provided everything we asked for. I highly recommend staying here.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was top notch, with great quality and lots of choice. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are nice, and there’s a sauna and steam bath too. Definitely recommend it!

The rooms are modern, clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s easy to walk into town or to the lift from this great spot in Ischgl. We enjoyed the breakfast and spa as well, and we’ll be back.

For the money, this was a great vacation. The hospitality was lovely, and the rooms were nicely decorated, roomy, spotless, and had a large shower. Best breakfast I’ve had in Austria.

The wellness area was paradise. We went there every evening after skiing, and the location made the whole stay very convenient. It took about 5-7 minutes to walk to the lift in the morning, and after skiing we could come straight to the hotel door. The private garage and lift were practical and well thought out. Breakfast had an excellent, generous selection of meat, cheese and baked goods. Service was top notch, with friendly staff, daily cleaning and fresh linens. The room Wi-Fi was strong enough for us to stream films on Netflix. The one thing I didn’t enjoy was the smell of smoke throughout the hotel in the evenings. Maybe smoking is allowed, since people were smoking right at the bar.
