The rooms were immaculate and very clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The hotel has been newly refurbished and looks great. Breakfast was included, with what you’d expect: ham, cheese, eggs, fruit, cereal, bread, croissants, juice, and coffee. We had a great stay for the season opening, and it’s about a five-minute walk to the main lift. Thanks, Martina and Christian, for being such great hosts. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks guys.

The sauna was great after a long day skiing, and the main gondola is only a short walk away. There’s free parking on site too. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived at this incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I can’t recommend the place highly enough. We hope to return ❤️

The building is nice, but the service felt aggressive and intrusive. The hosts were anything but nice. After our long trip, we were glad to arrive, but everything turned into a problem. We’ve been coming to Ischgl for 10 years and have always been warmly welcomed elsewhere; here, we felt the hosts were on our backs all the time. A friend who lives nearby wasn’t even allowed inside to help bring our luggage to the room. The explanation was, “my house, my rules.” There were also problems about parking the car, having our own small coffee machine, carrying our skis on our shoulders, and the deposit they wanted in cash “to be sure.” The sauna was never available. I had an argument after 10 minutes. I also agree with another guest’s comment from four years ago: they checked inside the apartment several times a day. I think the lady who owns the house has some control issues. Choose somewhere else, there are plenty of other nice places.
