Breakfast was the highlight for us, among the best we've had on our trips to the Alps. Before arriving, we weren't expecting anything extraordinary, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were lovely, the welcome and service were impeccable, and the gondola is only a 4-minute walk away. We had a 10/10 stay and would happily return. Thank you!

The staff were very kind, and breakfast was excellent. We had a well-appointed suite with an extra bedroom, and everything was very nice. We'll come back next year.

We thought Hotel Victoria was great value when we stayed in February 2025. It's an easy walk to the main gondola, yet far enough from the action to be quiet and peaceful. Our room was great, the food was high quality, and the staff were extremely helpful and personable. The spa was a little lacking, though that mattered less to us because we were so impressed with everything else.

The only thing I can really nitpick is the spa. It's quite small, so sometimes you have to wait for the sauna, which holds no more than four people, and one of the dry saunas wasn't working during our stay. Otherwise, my family and I had a lovely time. The food was spectacular, and the staff were consistently friendly and polite. It was great to come back to clean rooms and a modern ski room after a day on the slopes. I can highly recommend this place for a nice stay with family or friends.

Very close to the lift and the après-ski restaurants. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, and the service was excellent. Great hotel 👌
