Montanara Apart

The host was so helpful with guidance, tickets and restaurant reservations, and the service was outstanding. We arrived after midnight with tired children, and the owner's thoughtful note and keys were waiting for us, with a suggestion to check in the next morning. The refurbished rooms are lovely, keep the local character and face the mountains, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent and suited different diets. There's an honesty bar in the hotel living room for a relaxed evening. Everything was very clean, and although the hotel is in a quiet area, the cable car is walkable and there's a bus stop right outside. This is a carefully run family business. We'd choose Montanara again if we return to Ischgl. Thank you!

I loved how roomy and comfortable the rooms were, there was even space to do yoga. At day's end, you can ski in and walk about 100 metres to the ski room. In the morning there's a bus to the lift, or you can ski there if you're on skis rather than a snowboard, or walk a couple of minutes to the cable car. Breakfast is great, with an omelet made just how you ask and all sorts of other options. The service is excellent. I'll come back and choose it again.

The hotel was pleasant and spacious, and the location is quite good, with a path leading to the ski lift entrance. Special credit to reception and the hotel's cleanliness. Everything was perfect for us. If we return to Ischgl, we'll stay at Montanara again.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I especially liked the beautifully designed breakfast area, which made for a lovely start each day. The hotel is on the edge of Ischgl, so it's peaceful, but you can walk to a cable car, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is just across the road.
