The hosts were so kind and helpful. It’s a peaceful, relaxing place, just two bus stops from the lifts in Ischgl. I’d definitely recommend it, 10/10.

We came as five friends on a bachelor ski trip and had a fantastic stay. The house is roughly a five-minute drive from Ischgl. There’s a bus stop right outside, though it was crowded at peak ski times, so we usually took our van into town. Parking there was easy to find in garages or surface lots and reasonably priced. A riverside trail starts off the road and would make a lovely 45-minute summer walk into town. The setup wasn’t clear to me before booking: it’s a family home with two guest suites, but the clever design makes it feel completely private. The space is top quality, with radiant heated floors, a great balcony view, modern fixtures, double-pane windows, historic wood, and solid floors and walls. We never heard anyone else. The sauna and in-house bar are just steps away, and the breakfast and baked goods made for a great start to our ski days. The homemade food was amazing. We also followed the guestbook suggestion and had one of our better meals at Tannenhof restaurant across the street. I’d gladly stay again for the hospitality, quiet, views and quality. It seems ideal for a family trip any time of year.

A real modern alpine cottage, with a friendly family who make sure you have a calm, comfortable stay. Super nice place. I’ll be back. The BIG brother!
