After a day on the mountain, the sauna was just right. The room was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The location is outstanding, close to everything in town and both gondolas, and right at the bottom of one of the runs down from the mountain. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

You can buy a ski pass right at the hotel, so there's no need to queue at the info centre. The location is so good you can take your skis off right at the doorstep. We had an early departure before breakfast, so asked the day before for sandwiches. The hosts gave us those, plus fruit, chocolate, a musli bar and actimel, and even a gift of an Ischgl branded ski mask that costs 18eur in the shops. I saw someone say they didn't get sandwiches for an early departure, but that's not what happened for us. The host couple and staff helped with every question we had. This was the best hospitality I've had, and I definitely recommend it!

Breakfast had an amazing range of food to choose from. We had an awesome stay at Palin, with super friendly, welcoming staff and very clean, well equipped rooms.

The people were so kind, and the hotel was cosy with an excellent breakfast. Such a fine place, and perfectly located for skiing. We'll be back next time!
