We came as a group of friends and had the most wonderful time. Noemi from Reservations made sure every request was handled just the way we wanted before, during and even at the end of our stay. At breakfast and dinner, Kim, Sofja, Chiare and Gina were incredibly kind and professional, as were the rest of the team. Lutz was also very professional and helpful with the ski shop and ski room on site, which were a big plus. The food was exquisite, and all the facilities were top level, clean and well maintained. After each day on the slopes, the SPA and pool were such a treat. Our suites were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping ladies were so sweet. The whole staff worked so well together, it was a pleasure just to watch them. The location is superb, close to everything, with ski-in access, yet it's very quiet. What else can I say? It was all top notch, and we definitely plan to come back as soon as we can.

The concierge team, Alexandra and Max, were outstanding from beginning to end, a real lesson in hospitality. We had a great stay and would gladly return. The hotel is in an ideal spot at the foot of the slopes, and the spa was especially enjoyable. Everything was well maintained. The bedrooms could use some attention, though: the bathrooms feel a little dated, and the view can vary, so it's worth checking when you book.

The staff were the best I've ever come across, so kind, attentive and ready to help with even the smallest request. Dinner was excellent and different each day. The room was spacious and elegant, and the SPA was incredible. Just an amazing hotel!

A few steps from the gondola for the morning ride up, and you can ski right back to this luxury hotel at the bottom of the slopes. The accommodation and spa were great, and having ski rental in the hotel was handy. Breakfast had a big buffet plus made-to-order choices, and was excellent. Dinner was very good too, especially since there aren't many dinner options in town. The staff were friendly and keen to answer questions.

We were six people and had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. The helpful, attentive staff and brilliant location made a big difference. The hotel is superb, the rooms are lovely and serviced at least twice a day, and the food was amazing. There was also an extensive wine selection and a great ski service on site. I can't fault it.
