The restaurant was the highlight of our stay at Hotel Restaurant Talblick. Chef Johannes serves creative, refined food, with real care and quality in every dish. Svenja made each dinner special with her warm, attentive, professional service and lovely way of making guests feel welcome. She knows her wines exceptionally well, and I was glad to trust her pairing suggestions. If you’re visiting Talblick, don’t miss the restaurant. It’s reason enough to return.

We had a warm, authentic dinner here and it was well worth the short trip. The staff were fun and welcoming, and the local wines and other treats were fairly priced. The food was made with fresh, top-quality local ingredients, including delicious local veal and beef. Dishes were beautifully put together, with a good balance of flavors and textures and a fresh, homemade feel. A real gem compared with the abundant mediocrity in the Ischgl village.

We didn’t stay here, but ate at the restaurant twice and were very pleasantly surprised. It has a traditional feel, and as I understand it, they cook with ingredients from their own production. The food, dessert, wine, and atmosphere were all great. Highly recommend it, and thank you! ❤️

We only went to the restaurant, and everything was great. The service was excellent, and we loved the burger, ribeye, and wildragout. Highly recommended!
