The place itself was below average: the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bed was less than half a meter from a toilet whose door wouldn’t close, and there was a strong manure smell coming from the windows. On top of that, the host was extremely unprofessional. Instead of properly contacting us about payment or any issues, we were stopped while leaving the city as if we were criminals. We lost a full day of our trip and a lot of nerves. This was the worst experience I’ve had as a traveler. Not recommended!

The apartment itself was acceptable, and I want to be fair: I forgot to pay the remaining part of the deposit on time, and I take full responsibility for that. But without warning or any attempt to reach me by phone, message, or messenger, the host called the police. We were stopped on the road, subjected to a road check, and detained for several hours. A simple reminder could have sorted it out. Instead, the situation became an unnecessarily stressful and serious incident involving law enforcement. Given that extreme response and lack of basic communication, I can’t recommend this host, even though the apartment was fine.

I’ve visited Ischgl three times, but this was my first stay here. Absolutely awful, and the host was terrible.

Want to ruin your vacation? This is the place. The worst experience of my life, and the host is a terrible person.

I didn’t expect the communication to be so rude. Guests are treated with complete disrespect.
