The welcome pack was incredibly detailed, the kitchen was great, and the two bathrooms were really cool and modern, with endless hot water. We had lovely sized bedrooms too. Linda was always responsive and helped us with the flat and with things to do in Ischgl, including restaurants and bars. She even arranged our transfers to and from Innsbruck. We were seven and had a fantastic week at Ursula Maria with no problems. The bus between Waldorf and central Ischgl worked perfectly, and the ski lockers at the lift meant we didn’t have to carry our skis each day. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a fab holiday!

Linda and Severin were super friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We felt right at home and would love to return.
