I had a really good stay. The hotel is small, and they don't serve dinner, which was the one downside for me. But the service felt genuinely warm, and breakfast was great. The room also had newer features I don't usually find in hotels, including its own air conditioning and screen doors and windows to keep insects out.
10/10
The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning did a great job during summer. I also liked having a fridge and cooker in the full suite, though there were no plates or cookware. They had cold drinks in all sorts of varieties, and breakfast service was very nice. It's a lovely guest house in a great spot, with friendly staff.
6/10
The reception staff were friendly, but when we needed help they didn't seem willing to take on board any criticism. Breakfast was great one day, then the service was extremely unfriendly the next. The Wi-Fi was unreliable too, working only now and then and not very well.
10/10
The owner is very hands-on, and everything looks like new. The hotel was also spotless and well organized.
10/10
The fresh fruit salad, homemade jams, Uhudler grape juice, and really good coffee made the breakfast buffet stand out. There was everything we needed, and it was excellent for this price range. Our room was quiet and very nice, with a comfortable mattress, and everything was clean. We've stayed in lots of places around Loipersdorf, our favorite thermal spa, and usually some little thing hasn't been quite right. Not this time. The host was so friendly too. We'll definitely return.
