The staff were extremely helpful, and the spa was compact but had everything we needed. The hotel is outdated, but spotlessly clean and good value for money. We told them in advance that we eat plant based, and the chef and waiters made sure we had lovely meals. At breakfast they also provided plant based cheese, milk, and yoghurt. They really went above and beyond. Thank you!

September 2022. We had a good amount for the price, from food and drinks to snacks and the room. Everything was clean, and there were lovely mountain views from every room, the dining room, and the terrace. The room's balcony wasn't paved. The pillows were too soft for our taste, and the shower had no soap, though there was soap by the washbasin. WiFi worked well. The sauna was spacious, with a steam bath and relaxation area, but the infrared cabin wasn't working. Staff and owners were very polite and attentive. There was on-site parking.

Skiing from the hotel and back was a real bonus, and the ski rental facilities were good too. The service was great, the food excellent, and the place offered good value for money. An outstanding stay.

A nice place in Pitztal, with pleasant rooms and location. There was a wide variety of cuisines, plus a wellness center with a sauna and steam bath.
