We appreciated the warm rooms, especially in such a snowy, cold area, and the convenient parking right outside the hotel. It’s in a beautiful location, and the staff were very polite and friendly. A special thank you to front office manager Ms. Monika Rissner for the great communication and help with everything. We’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you all for your hospitality, and Happy New Year! Kind regards, KK

We paid for three rooms at Jufa Hotel Judenskburk, but even after self check-in, no room PIN codes arrived. The hotel has no working phone number either. We tried about six different numbers, all answered by automated systems, before finding a help desk number that worked. The employee there was useless, unwilling to help, and showed no interest in fixing the problem. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. SHAME ON YOU!

For a 3-star hotel, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I just wish there were a kettle in the room. There’s no bath either.
