Collis Hill

The cabins had amazing design and quality, and we were greeted with a crib, toys, changing pad, and more for our infant. Breakfast delivered to the door was amazing too. The attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. One of the best stays we’ve ever had, thank you!

The valley made a real impression on us. The community felt close-knit, and people we met already knew we were newlyweds staying at Collis Hill. The scenery was beautiful, with green hills, snowy peaks, quiet trails, rivers, glacier lakes, and wonderfully dark skies full of stars. We stayed in a ticha for our wedding weekend. It had thoughtful art and stylish decor, a big comfortable bed, a cozy couch, and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved having coffee and the lovely breakfast on the patio. The product hut served some of the best food we’ve ever had, all local and organic, with incredible quality and flavor. Katrin and her team welcomed us so warmly and made sure we had what we needed. Katrin also helped my husband arrange some lovely surprises for me. We joined Stefan for a guided hike and ice bath, and his fun, sweet energy put us at ease right away. He taught us so much about the area’s plants and peaks. Thanks to everyone at Collis Hill for such a memorable stay.

Three nights went by far too quickly, and we’ll definitely be back. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful that it’s hard to put into words, and our Ticha was lovely too. My son was especially happy with it. Thanks, Katrin! Everything met our expectations and then some.

Erin, the dog, greeted us as soon as we arrived and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. We had everything we could have wanted: a great breakfast, food for the fire, and E-bikes we could take out whenever we felt like exploring. The location was amazing, right at the start of the Talrumgang trail, with the mountains of the Hohe Tauern nature reserve all around. I’d definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.
