The bus stop for all transfers is right outside, and Kappl ski area is very close, with Ischgl only a short drive away. The staff were kind and unobtrusive. We had a lovely holiday here with our two children. The apartment was quiet and very clean, with large rooms that suited our family well. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, and all the appliances seemed nearly new. We could order basic breakfast food at a reasonable price, with fresh bread delivered each day.

The free ski bus stop is very close by. Ischgl ski resort is about a 15-minute drive, and the road is easy to travel. The building is in excellent shape, and the kitchen and bathroom appliances are new.

The house itself was cosy and very clean, but dealing with the host was frustrating. At the end, the landlady asked us for a huge sum for a damaged chair that was already broken. She was very unkind and seemed focused only on money.

The place was nice and well equipped, and the conditions were good. Still, we had an unpleasant experience with the owners at the end of our stay.
