The view was fantastic, and the house had everything our group of eight needed. It was a good size, with a pleasant living room and a very large bedroom that worked well for 3-4 kids. Some things weren't new, but they all worked fine. The mattresses were the one real drawback: they're very worn, with big dips in the middle, and could do with replacing.

We spent three weeks here and had a lovely vacation. The house was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed. When the weather turned colder, the warm tiled stove in the living room made things especially cozy, and the landlords were nice. What stands out most is the quiet and the magnificent view across the valley and mountains. It's a lovely place to unwind, with beautiful forest hikes and nearby cable cars that we used often. There was plenty of room in the common area, the kitchen was equipped, and the hygiene facilities and parking were adequate for 3-4 cars. It was quite warm, too. The downside was getting to and from Kappl, which took longer.
