AlpinResort Kaprun 11

I asked the manager Martin lots of questions before booking here. In the end we cancelled and stayed somewhere else, but I'd still recommend this property. I hope that helps others deciding where to stay.

The owner was very friendly and gave excellent service. The apartment was tidy and clean, though it had an unpleasant smell.

The one good thing was the local benefits card, which gives free entry to several attractions. Otherwise, our ground-floor three-room apartment wasn't very well maintained or really clean. There's just one toilet in the hallway, which was inconvenient, especially at night. One of the rooms has no window and was so stuffy that it was hard to sleep in. The B&B caretakers' service was horrible. They spoke rudely, and the apartment management company had unfriendly clerks too. For a week-long stay, basic supplies like toilet paper and soap were missing. They acted as if bringing them was a favor, and their rude way of speaking made us uncomfortable.

The apartments are spacious and kept neat. There's also a sauna that you can switch on yourself and use whenever you like.
