After more than ten trips to Kaprun, my wife, our children and I have found our favourite apartment stay: Art Apart Nomay. It’s close to the centre and only a two-minute walk from the skibus stop. The apartment is spacious, nicely designed and very well equipped, with extras like an electric mixer that you rarely find in rental apartments. My wife is hard to satisfy when it comes to cleanliness, and she gives this place 11 out of 10. The owners are friendly, willing to help and genuinely helpful.

Petra and her husband welcomed us so kindly that we felt at home with them. They helped us with anything we needed and had great suggestions for trips nearby. Our apartment had loads of room for five people, and it was equipped with everything we needed. We’d gladly return and recommend staying here.

We stayed for eight days, and there were several things to be aware of. The apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. No cleaning service or fresh bed linen was provided during our stay. At checkout, we had to leave by 10:00 AM, and were told the night before that we needed to pay a 300 euro cleaning fee and 107 euro tax. When we arrived from Germany, there was no reception desk, only the apartment owner's phone number, so we had to wait a while to check in.

We spent four days in a comfortable, clean apartment. The woman there was especially kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will visit her again next time 😊

The place looked lovely, was clean and nicely arranged, and had all the equipment we needed. Petra, the owner, was very sweet and helpful.
