The apartment was modern and nice, but the extra charge was a real problem. On arrival we found a €215 “final cleaning” fee that hadn't been clearly shown when booking. It was buried in the fine print and left out of the displayed total, adding almost 35% to the expected price for our two-night stay. That feels unfair and very unclear. The hotel and booking site both refused to refund it, so others should watch out for this hefty fee.

We arrived after 6 PM with two families for a two-night apartment stay, only to find out later that the whole place had no electricity, refrigerator included. When we asked reception, we were told they'd known about it since 1 PM, apparently because the apartment's electricity bill hadn't been paid. They still gave us the apartment without saying a word. It took several complaints before the issue was fixed during the evening. There was no apology, flashlight, restaurant drink voucher, room-rate concession, or anything else. Management never replied to my email either. The guest service was simply abysmal.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, and the balcony was lovely. I stayed here on 15/8/2024, one week before writing this, and found the place amazing and breathtaking. I recommend it, especially block A12. The reception lady was rude and unhelpful, though the man working in the morning was helpful. I still haven't received my 300€ deposit.

Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were great. A very good hotel!
