AvenidA Panorama Suites Kaprun

The sauna was clean and a good size, with nice showers and an outdoor spot to cool off. After a day in the snow or hiking in the mountains, it was a great place to unwind. The hotel is just beyond the city center but easy to reach on foot, and a friendly, helpful driver runs the shuttle to and from the Maiskogel lift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also call the hotel for a pickup. We spent six fabulous days at AvenidA Panorama Suites. Reinhard gave us a warm welcome, handled check-in smoothly, explained everything, and showed us around. The staff were hospitable throughout and went out of their way to make the stay great. We had a spotless, roomy one-bedroom suite with a balcony and a kitchen stocked with every appliance we could need. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices, and the staff kept the area clean and made sure nothing ran out. With the 'Breakfast on Demand' card, you can order eggs and pancakes made fresh to your liking. We'd definitely stay at AvenidA Panorama Suites again.

Getting to and from the ski slopes is easy with the free transportation. The staff were polite and helpful, the beds comfortable, and the rooms clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. I'd recommend AvenidA Panorama Suites.

Mr. Reinhard and Mrs. Maja were relaxed and gave us useful information with plenty of detail, which we appreciated. The location works really well for getting to the Kaprun-Zell am See ski areas. Our room and suite were lovely and perfectly clean. Breakfast was super, with salmon, champagne, mozzarella, and other nice food.

We booked the combi 2 bedroom suite, and the mountain views were fantastic. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well equipped, and the front desk staff took great care of us during our November 2025 stay. They were incredibly friendly. Some people have complained about things at this or related properties, so here's what we found: the staff were available at the posted times. This isn't a 24-hour front desk, but checking in and out during the advertised hours was no problem, and everyone was helpful. The apartment was clean, with enough pots, pans, plates, and cutlery in the kitchen. There were small packs of sugar, salt, and pepper, too, and the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. We've stayed at plenty of hotels and apartments around Austria, and for the price this was one of our favorites. Highly recommended.
