The bar and restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, tasty food, and really friendly staff. We spent a week at Carpe Solem with our family of six, including the children, and loved the stay. The apartments were consistently very clean, and the reception team were welcoming and helpful from the start. Everything felt comfortable, well planned, and thoughtfully designed. We'd gladly come back and recommend it to other families. Thanks for a fantastic time!

Our family apartment had plenty of space, was nicely furnished, and came with a kitchen. We enjoyed our three days at the hotel while traveling in Austria. There are lots of amenities, including a gym, saunas, a kids' playroom, a teens' playroom, a rooftop infinity pool, and an indoor pool. The hotel was excellent.

Getting into Kaprun center is an easy short walk or ride, and a nearby supermarket carries most of what you'd need. Buses also make it quick to reach Kitzsteinhorn or Zell. The apartments were spacious, exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well equipped. All the staff were kind, accommodating, and professional. Raydel especially went beyond what we expected, and his spa ceremonies are unforgettable. We didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, though a staff member kindly let us try some food, which seemed very good. One possible upgrade for the adult spa would be to add a Turkish sauna/haman and salt room in the relaxation area behind the service room. That's just a small suggestion, though. We'd highly recommend Carpe Solem and are very grateful to the team, especially Raydel, for a wonderful stay.

The sauna ceremonies were the highlight for us. The spacious, hygienic sauna looks out over the mountains, and Raydel, the Cuban sauna master, made the sessions a great way to unwind. He set a relaxed mood with music and brought the heat like nobody else. The modern wellness area has an understated luxury feel, and after skiing I spent hours relaxing on the mattresses. The room, bar, dining and social areas all looked amazing and were very tidy. The food was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. Staff were kind and ready to help, though we didn't run into any problems. My family and I left feeling refreshed, and I hope we can come back next year. Raydel was also very friendly, and I'd recommend trying one of his ceremonies.
