EVI Apartments - Susi

The apartment is in an excellent location, but the owner is busy managing other apartments in a different area. The person handling cleaning and maintenance was rude, and he and his wife had bad manners. When maintenance was requested while the guest wasn't there, he entered the rooms without permission. The cleanliness was somewhat acceptable, though not the best. They also don't provide the well-known activity card for Zell am See and Kaprun, which gives tourists discounts. For laundry and ironing, you have to go downstairs to a designated room. There's no iron in each apartment.

One of the nicest apartments, in one of the most beautiful areas of Austria, with beautiful views and an excellent price. The owner of the apartment is gracious and very helpful, and dealing with them was excellent. I'll come back to stay there again. Abdullah naseeb.

The apartment was OK and had the equipment we needed, but the sofa bed wasn't very good to sleep on. The power went out for 5-10 minutes almost every day. Renovation work, or at least visits from some craftsmen, continued until 10:00 PM, and the fire alarm went off several times.

Evi apartments look good and are new, but they're overpriced for what they offer. There was hardly enough warm water for a shower. There are better apartments in kaprum for much less.
