The location is ideal, close to everything, and the building's architecture is unusual. The room for 15 people came with only two key cards, and a replacement would have taken a day. We kept running into odd inconveniences: no hand soap, very little toilet paper, no trash bags, and no dishwashing supplies despite being required to wash the dishes. There was WiFi.

We spent a week skiing here, five guys in all. The location deserves five stars, and everything was clean. The apartment was just large enough for five of us to be comfortable. Getting to the last bedroom means walking through another bedroom. We couldn't control the heating very well, so it was too warm at night. The coffee machine also didn't work very well.

The bed stayed broken for all six days. We were told the place was wheelchair adapted, but there are three steps right at the entrance, and it was extremely dirty. Booking gave us compensation, thank you, booking, but we got nothing from the apartment. Really bad.

We had a terrible holiday. The apartment was said to be wheelchair adapted, yet there were three steps to get inside. It was really dirty, and lots of things were broken.

A nice apartment right in the centre of Kaprun, with a very friendly hostess.
