Pension Koller

We recommend this nice place in a quiet part of Kaprun. The hostess was lovely, everything was clean, breakfast was excellent, and there's ski storage. The ski bus is only a two-minute walk away.

There's a lot to like here: a clean, beautiful room, good breakfast, friendly hostess, parking on site, and a room for drying ski gear. The bus stop is just around the corner, and town center and restaurants are a short walk away. Kaprun Castle is very close too. A lovely guesthouse, highly recommended.

The balcony had a wonderful view, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, a supermarket, the thermal baths, the ski lift, and the bus to Zell am See. The ski bus also comes regularly and stops almost right outside. There's a separate ski storage room with heated boot racks. The hostess was really friendly, made breakfast with care every morning, and was very accommodating. Our room was spacious, cute, and very clean, with regular cleaning and fresh towels. When I wasn't feeling well, I could take breakfast to my room and bring the dishes back the next day. I've rarely been this satisfied and would happily return and recommend it.

We spent a summer week there and were delighted. The view from the balcony toward the Kitzsteinhorn was beautiful, and the location was convenient, around a 5-7 minute walk from the town center. Restaurants and the supermarket were easy to reach on foot, and parking was right by the house. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss a thing. The hostess was friendly and shared lots of ideas for trips and activities; at breakfast she checked whether we wanted anything or were missing something. The "Zell am See - Kaprun" summer card is a real plus: you get it on arrival, and it covers practically all gondolas and bus connections, plus entry to many attractions. We highly recommend Pension Koller.
