The Wi-Fi is awful and unusable for conference calls. The staff are super nice, though, and the rooms are spacious and clean. For the location, it’s great value. You can reach all three slopes easily, and it’s truly ski in, ski out, with a track from the hotel to the gondola and the other mountain. The village is still easy to get to, so you don’t feel stuck halfway up the mountain like at some other places.

The hotel itself is okay, but there’s a party on the ground floor even on a Sunday night, and I can’t sleep or rest. It’s 1:14 a.m. and there’s nobody at reception to ask for help. I also tried calling the hotels belonging to this hotel, but nobody answered. How can you do this to your guests? If it isn’t your party, why let someone hold one in your hotel when hundreds of guests are trying to sleep after paying for their rooms?

I was here last week, and also last year. This time we brought friends because they loved hearing about our stay. My friend's sister heard the story too, and she’s staying at Basekamp with her family this week. The staff feel like one big family, from reception to the chef and the cleaning ladies. Greetings, Stefan! The food is great, we even asked the chef for a recipe, the rooms are clean, and the location is great. Keep up the good work, Basekamp team! Nino from Croatia.

The mountain setting was beautiful, and everything was spectacular. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice, if medium sized.
