Marlies and Alois take personal care of everything, and their kind, friendly, genuine way of doing things made our holiday wonderful. We felt completely at home. The Sonnalm is well placed for hikes and excursions, the rooms are very well equipped, and breakfast has everything you could want. Thank you for such a fantastic time in the Pitztal!

The hosts are so lovely, and the food was really delicious. Getting to the bus takes just a few steps. The value for money is right, too. We’ll be back.

We booked the hotel by email at short notice. After an injury meant we had to head home on the first day of skiing, before checking in, they waived the whole accommodation charge. Thank you so much for that.

We’ve been coming to this guesthouse for years, first my husband, our sons and I, and now their families too. The Beisteiner family are so warm. Marlies looks after service with a smile, and Alois treats us to his delicious cooking. Rada, the Croatian cleaning lady, joined them a few years ago and keeps the rooms spotless. Her friendly manner shows how easily gestures and a constant smile can bridge language barriers. Keep up the great work for many more years, so we can all enjoy our skiing retirement together! 😉
