Judith handled a booking mistake with real professionalism. I'd accidentally reserved an apartment without a kitchen, but she kindly fixed it the next day and was always efficient, helpful and ready to deal with any request. It's on a peaceful pedestrian street, with trams and buses just steps away that reach the city centre in minutes. There are lots of supermarkets nearby and a shopping mall too. I'd suggest adding a few more pillows and perhaps another bathroom shelf. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Vienna.

You can get or do practically anything on the same street, from groceries and restaurants to fast food, clothes and even gyms. The main station is about three minutes away, with connections across the city and beyond. The airport train from "Haupt Bahnhof" takes around 15 minutes to Schwechat. 🤗

A good choice for a short stay, and everything was clean. The room was on the small side, like a standard hotel room, but certainly enough space for one person. Getting into the building and room was easy with entry codes, and you can arrive at any time. It's ideal for a one-night stay near the central station, just a few hundred metres away. A couple of small things could be better: the glasses were too small, and adding some bowls would help. The faucet was loose and needs a little tightening.

Clean studio with a full kitchen, very close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. No check-in needed, they email you a code to access the room. The tap water tastes really, really good.
