The only good thing about this accommodation is its location, near the bus station and metro. I didn’t stay, and they didn’t refund my payment. I believe they’re scammers, taking people’s money for a place that doesn’t meet even the basic standard they advertise. NEVER BOOK...... The building didn’t feel safe. There was a strong smell, especially of urine, a lot of clutter and trash, and strollers and other things left on the ground floor. Nearby, we often saw people under the influence of addictive substances and fights in the street. The atmosphere was unpleasant and felt dangerous, especially for someone travelling alone. The room was very dirty and smelled musty. The common areas, particularly the kitchen and bathroom, were badly neglected, untidy, and apparently not cleaned often enough. Sometimes the bathroom light didn’t work. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, which made work and planning difficult. The host replied quickly, but left us with no choice but to write anything further on WhatsApp.

The host was quick to respond and helpful. When we were missing sheets, he dealt with it right away. He also helped us find a backpack we thought had been stolen. It turned out the cleaning lady had put it in a locked room. The room itself was fairly clean and tidy. The common spaces were another story. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty, neglected, and clearly not cleaned often enough. One of our roommates had food stolen from the fridge. The bathroom light sometimes failed, and we had a power outage at the end of our stay. The Wi-Fi in our room didn’t work at all, making work and planning harder. We didn’t feel safe in the building. It smelled strongly, especially of urine, and there was clutter, scattered trash, baby strollers, and other items on the ground floor. People under the influence of addictive substances were often nearby, we saw street fights, and the atmosphere felt unpleasant and dangerous, especially for someone travelling alone. The location is the one real advantage, close to the bus station and subway. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want somewhere clean, safe, and pleasant, particularly if travelling alone or with children.

We paid through Opodo, as you usually have to, but there was no chance of getting a refund. The place doesn’t even exist. The fake site called 'Camelotels' never gave us a usable link, and nobody replied after we complained.

We left after just one night. At night, junkies came into the flat and left trash in the bathroom, and the toilets were unbearable. The apartment was super dirty and smelled of smoke. There was even a pot with something moldy in the kitchen. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.
