One staff member was really unfriendly, and the payment process didn't feel transparent. We also didn't think the hotel was good value for the money. There was a strong smoke smell in the guest areas and restaurant during our stay. The beds seemed old, the bedding smelled unpleasant, and the whole hotel had a musty odor.

The food was fantastic, and the service was so quick we barely had time to say "another round." Our company Christmas party was a complete success, with a legendary atmosphere. Nobody left hungry, thirsty, or in a bad mood 😉 We'll definitely be back!

The view was lovely, but the rest of the meal was a letdown. We weren't greeted very warmly, and the service was unfriendly. Only three dishes were still available, and we were told to "decide quickly because the chef also wanted a break." The salad bar and decor both felt outdated. We'd stopped after a hike hoping for good food and a nice view. If we hadn't been so hungry and had the children with us, I definitely would have left.
