Haus Kristall

Susanne and Michael were easy to reach on WhatsApp and helped us out of a difficult spot, thanks again! We spent a week in the Feuer holiday apartment at Haus Kristall with our three children and were welcomed so warmly that we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, with lovely bathrooms, a good coffee machine, very comfortable beds, and a lovely rooftop terrace. Everything was clean and well maintained. There’s a good bakery and the Kirche subway station just around the corner.

We’ve had five ski holidays at Haus Kristall in Serfaus, and Michael has been an outstanding, helpful host every time. The apartments are stylish and well equipped, always spotless, and the towels get changed midweek. The sauna helped us feel at home each year, and the location is excellent. Definitely deserves five stars.

Michael was a very friendly, accommodating host and clearly knows tourism well. We stayed at Haus Kristall from July 13th to July 20th, 2019, and our wooden apartment was lovely, clean, and tastefully furnished. The location is fantastic, with the subway station, bakery, and town centre all an easy walk away. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

I've already booked again for next year. The owners were incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed our fantastic stay at Haus Kristall. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The location in Serfaus is ideal, with the village centre a two-minute walk away and meadows just behind the house where you can walk your dog. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
