Apartment 1 at Haus Raitia was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a large bathroom and big, comfortable beds. The location was good, and the host was lovely. If we return to Serfaus, as I'm sure we will, Haus Ratia will be our first choice. Thanks from Adam, Charlotte, Angus and Hannah.

We've stayed at Haus Rätia for several years and are already looking forward to going back. The owners are genuinely friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they put their heart into the place. The location is quiet but central, with the subway only a few minutes away. The apartments are modern, tastefully furnished, well maintained, and have what you need for a comfortable stay. The wellness area, with its sauna and steam room, left nothing to be desired.

There's a playroom next door and a great playground across the road, which is handy. You can also arrange bread delivery, and the subway is about 10 minutes away. The area is quiet. The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed, and the wellness area is free to use if you sign up, with the space to yourself. The landlords were very friendly. We'd be glad to return! 😀

We were very comfortable at Haus Rätia and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The host family was very friendly, and the house is in a great part of Serfaus with a lovely view. Our apartment was impeccably maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.
