Our winter apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. The kitchen worked okay, though it could use a toaster and microwave. The sauna is shared with an adjoining hotel and gets a little busy at peak times. The place is conveniently near all the key amenities, yet quiet because it's off the main street. We had a great week and would return.

I've stayed at Hotel Regina twice, in 2016 and 2023, for 13 nights in total, both times while touring the Alps on my own by motorcycle. They have indoor parking for motorcycles, and the staff are tops. The younger generation runs the place now. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. There's plenty to do in Serfaus. The subway and the local bus to the next town are free. For €5.50 a day, you can take as many gondola rides as you like up the mountains in Serfaus and Fiss. Across the valley, a road goes up the Kaunertal, with lots of hairpins near the end.

The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and was clean. I spent a week here and had a good time. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was a good buffet. I'd recommend staying here.

Sebastian deserves another thank you. We spent a week at Hotel Regina for a ski holiday and were delighted. It's a lovely family-run place, and the junior manager was incredibly friendly and answered any questions right away. Our room was beautifully furnished and spotless throughout. Breakfast was excellent and clearly prepared with care. We highly recommend Hotel Regina and will be back next year.
