Nufels is pretty remote, with only a few houses and the nearest shop and restaurant about 3 km away, so come prepared. Shampoo, hand soap, and kitchen paper towels weren’t supplied either. Apart Bergland was still a very comfortable place to stay, with spacious, spotless rooms and generous, welcoming hosts. We spent New Year’s there and were greeted warmly. After skiing, the hosts surprised us with wine and festive glasses, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, oven, and basic supplies. We could request fresh towels, and that worked well for us. The ski bus stops right beside the guesthouse, making it easy to get to the Kaunertal slopes. Good value and a peaceful alpine setting.

A lovely spot, and the ski bus goes to the kaunertal glacier. Everything was great, apart from the squeaky beds.

We were able to book for 8 days, which was a nice extra. The apartment was lovely for our skiing trip, with access to both Kaunertal Glacier and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Thanks, family Hafele!
