The local food was a real highlight, and we made good use of the sauna, pool, and relaxation area after skiing around Tyrol, especially at Kaunertal Glacier. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Our booked room with a sofa and bed wasn't available, so they gave us two rooms at no extra charge without any fuss. We'll definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Austria.

They were very accommodating about our needs, and the beds were high quality. Breakfast was amazing.

The pool and saunas were fine, and the hotel was clean with very nice staff. The beds weren't comfortable, though. The pillows were so big they didn't support my head, and many of the windows had no blinds.

We came in summer and loved the fresh air and atmosphere. There's a waterfall about a five-minute walk away, and the view is magnificent. The place was very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed as a couple with our one-year-old, and they provided everything to make the visit as pleasant as possible. The staff were very friendly, the rooms spacious, and both the breakfast buffet and five-course dinners were excellent.
