We were really drawn to the location, but the hotel urgently needs renovation. Check-in is self-service, which was a bit problematic for us as a family with kids, especially at night. In the end, I'd say it was just okay.

The room was nice, breakfast was good, and the receptionist was polite. Still, the WiFi didn't work properly and the stay felt expensive for the service. The pool required prebooking, and there was no space when we tried to go.

The staff were unpleasant, and there seemed to be a problem with everything: paying by card, charging things to the room, even getting catering. I don't know why they looked at us with such disgust. I didn't enjoy the hotel and felt unwelcome. 😏

The view is the best part of this nice place. The facilities are okay too.
