The setting is magical, with beautiful views of the snow, trees, and mountains, especially at Christmas. Inside, the lovely rooms and bathrooms feel warm and full of charm, like an authentic Austrian Alpine chalet. It was an even nicer surprise in person than in the photos. I felt at ease right away and already want to return. 🤍

After an issue with our rental house, we needed somewhere to stay late at night and found Vordergrub Landhotel-Wirtshaus. The staff were all helpful, and the hospitality and service were amazing. Five stars for comfort, breakfast, decor, location, price, service, and hospitality.

The food is good, but not worth the price, especially when they charge €2.90 for tap water. They also bring things you didn’t order, then charge you even after you say you didn’t ask for them. Don’t accept anything you didn’t order, not bread, not water, nothing. Beware!

The steak and schnitzel were among the best we’ve ever had, and the food is delicious at reasonable prices. The staff are superb, friendly, and very knowledgeable, especially regina!!! There’s also a very nice wine list, fass4!!! Definitely one of the top places in kitzbühel. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back as soon as I can!

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good and dinner delicious. There are good public transport options near the hotel, and it’s about 10 minutes from kitzbuhel by car.
