Hotelappartements Privatklinik Maria Hilf

The setting is nice and convenient, and the staff have been helpful. The Ambulante Reha program itself has a great concept, but the organization and communication need work. I’m receiving six weeks of therapy for my post-op prosthetic knee, so I don’t understand how that wasn’t in their computer system. I’d filled in all the paperwork, it’s on my doctor’s referral, and it’s in the e-card information. A letter said therapy would run daily from 8 to 13, but my plan didn’t follow that window at all: some appointments were at 7:30 and one was at 15:00. The plan also says each treatment should last 25 minutes, while so far they’ve barely reached 20. And it’s hard to transfer the full six-week schedule into a digital calendar. UPDATE: Earlier this week I had a challenging discussion with the responsible person. Since then, I’ve noticed more care and attention for me and the others in our group. We’re getting more personalized advice for our very different recovery challenges, and training duration and punctuality have improved. The idea is great; the execution and communication needed some therapy.
