After a long hike, the generous portions of tasty local food really hit the spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt cozy whether we sat indoors or outside.
10/10
The food was high quality, the staff polite and very friendly, and everything was super clean. It’s a beautiful place, and all those things together made it feel just right. Highly recommend!

Our boys, 16 and 13, were happy here, and we had a really comfortable stay too. The views are lovely, the atmosphere is great, and it’s a friendly place with walks and hikes right there.
10/10
Great views and a nice choice of food and beers. The staff were friendly. Kids can have fun on the little cycle cars or at the playground farther down the mountain, which you can’t see from here.
8/10
The website set expectations that the actual stay didn’t meet. The dinner was disappointing and there wasn’t another meal option. My sleep was interrupted at 0630 by the electric pump for a water feature. The small bedroom was poorly laid out, with the bedhead against the window, and the washbasin plug didn’t work. There was also nowhere to dry wet walking boots.
