We spent three nights here, and the apartment never really warmed up. The landlady said she'd switched on the heating too late, but it stayed cold throughout, well below 20 degrees Celsius. The stairwell was even colder, and the boot room seemed better for preserving ski boots than drying them. The children slept in thermal underwear, long pants, and vests, and when they played to warm up on our last evening, the landlady threatened to throw us out. We were nearly denied entry when we arrived because we hadn't paid yet. The kitchen was very bare, there was no hot water for showers, and neither the bathroom nor the entryway had shelves, so we had to put everything on the floor. Despite the bad reviews, we wanted to judge for ourselves. We won't stay here again. At the campsite, new guests get a champagne reception and there are heated washrooms in winter, while we were threatened with being kicked out for being too cold. This landlady clearly doesn't care about regular guests. Absolutely not recommended.

The view is beautiful, but I agree with the negative reviews. I felt unwelcome and ripped off. During our rental period, they came into the apartment without telling us, and they were extremely sensitive to noise. Someone even shouted in the middle of the night, for whatever reason. I can't recommend this place, and I definitely won't stay here again.

Unless you like a cold apartment, lukewarm or cold shower water, and rude treatment, I wouldn't recommend this place. Even one star feels overrated.

Very disappointing. We didn't take the apartment in the end. The lady insists you remove your shoes before going into the “apartment,” which might be fair enough, but then charges €15 per person for cleaning. You're also expected to leave by 10:30 a.m. on departure day even though you've paid for that day. Her explanation was that the next guests were arriving, so it felt like she was charging twice for the same day. We stayed at a guesthouse in Waidring instead and had a fantastic time.
