Michaela made us feel at ease right away. She's a very friendly, open-minded and personable host. The location is right in the center of Kössen. Our apartment hadn't been renovated yet, but it was still cozy. The newer rooms have modern furnishings.

The balcony looks out toward the Kaiser Mountains, and Haus Central is in a fantastic location. Michaela was warm and attentive, and shared tips that got us excited about all the sports options in the area. The apartment was modern, very clean and comfortable, and we slept well. Everything was great. I'd happily recommend staying here and would definitely return!

I only learned on arrival that breakfast was at Cafe 172, a 20-minute walk from Haus Central. That hadn't been mentioned when I booked, so I cancelled the room. They charged a €200 cancellation fee. After a lot of back and forth, we settled on €110, even though the mistake was Haus Central's.
