The garden was a dream, and the little wellness area was just right. Our room was carefully furnished and spotless, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a real highlight, generous and vegetarian when requested. The hostess even brought extra oat milk. Our hosts did everything they could to make us happy, and the whole stay felt personal in a way you don't get at big hotel chains. We were completely satisfied.

That lake view made every morning special. The hosts were so warm and thoughtful that I felt at home right away. Our stay at Gut Hiasenhof was perfect, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this little paradise.

The hosts' reception and service felt strikingly impersonal, especially for such a rural, remote place. It seemed like we were intruding in a home mainly used by the family. The outside looks lovely, but that impression doesn't hold up. The pool and sauna listed in the booking information were either unavailable or not offered at all. The bill was unprofessional and wrong, in the hosts' favor. Even for larger sums, they only take cash, then rudely send you to an ATM miles away. That's simply unacceptable these days. A shame, but never again!

The place is in a lovely green setting, with a wonderful view of the lake. It felt romantic and tasteful, and we were made to feel completely at home from the warm welcome onward. We didn't lack for anything. Ideal for families with children.
