Alpenzeit

We spent New Year's here for the second time, this time with 12 people, and had another fantastic stay. The house is beautifully laid out, modern, clean, and has a stunning view and high-quality furnishings. The owners are very kind and helpful, and always around for questions or concerns. The gondola to the ski area is about a 10-minute walk, or you can use the provided shuttle, which runs regularly in the morning and afternoon. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to coming back!

Our ground-floor stay in the "Herzstück" apartment was perfect for us, and we'd love to return next year. Everything was in great condition and tastefully furnished, with all the things we needed. The beds were fantastic, and they had even set up a travel cot for our son. Our landlady was friendly and always ready to help. She also let us check in much earlier, which we really appreciated. Ladis is a lovely village, much less crowded than Serfaus. There's also less to do or see in the evenings, but with young children we didn't need much after a day of walking and playing. From the house, a bus stop is just below, and the cable car is about a 10-minute walk away, with a regular Wanderbus stop there too. It's easy to head up for walks or visit other villages. The holiday home is beautiful and well equipped. The rooms are large, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and the dining table seats 10 to 12 comfortably. The kitchen is well maintained, though the stovetop is a bit small when cooking with 2-3 large pots for 10 people. There's an oven but no microwave. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house worked well for our group of 10 adults and 2 children for a week. We picked it for the shared kitchen and large kitchen table, and found it very clean with everything we needed. The two families with young children plan to come back to Ladis. My partner and I, with adult children, won't return to this area. We've known it since 2004, and to me it's become too crowded, like a money-making machine, and has lost its appeal.
