Ladis Living

There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen, and the kitchen itself had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. We stayed for two weeks, and the towels were changed after the first week. Parking is right outside, and the Sonnenbahn gondola is a 10-minute walk away. We left our ski gear at the depot below the gondola, so we didn’t have to carry it. We were five, two adults and three children, and found the apartment excellent. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a living room with a sofa and kitchenette with a dining table. I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent 10 summer days here as a family of five. There was enough room and the apartment had the amenities we needed, with roomy bedrooms and a large balcony. The area is beautiful and has lots of walking routes to choose from. We bought a Sommer Card and made plenty of use of the buses and cable cars.

We stayed for two weeks in an apartment with its own garden entrance and a little playground, which was especially handy with a child. Ladis Living is in a quieter part of Ladis, right beside a bus stop, and the apartment had everything we needed. We’d happily recommend it and stay again :)

We had a great time and have booked the same place again for the same week. The ski area is huge and magnificent, with nothing but good things to say about it, though beginners may find it challenging. Snow was plentiful from 1300 m up to nearly 2800 m. For a final run, try the kilometer-long Frommesabfahrt, which ends in Ladis. We came during the 2024 semester break for five nights, ten people across two apartments. The layouts differed, but both were suitable for five, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and separate toilet. The living and dining space worked for five, though it felt a little small for all ten. Each apartment had two private balconies with fantastic castle or mountain views, and the price was fair. There’s no spa area. Ladis is quiet and doesn’t have many restaurants or activities, with more choice in Fiss and Serfaus. There’s a lake for ice skating, a punch stand, and a large playground tucked away nearby. A supermarket, MPreis, and ski rental are available. The bus stop is directly opposite, and it takes about 10 minutes, or 2-3 stops, to reach the ski lift. You can usually get a seat when boarding. One tip for the lift: get there early, since there’s only one up to Fiss and the wait can be long. In Fiss you change lifts to reach the ski area. We waited 30 minutes.
