The apartments were very clean, and the facilities were superb, with a pool, sauna and entertainment for kids. It's dog friendly too, and our dog could easily swim in Burg See. The Ladis lifts are about a 10-minute walk away. That's quite manageable, though after a full day of walking it could feel like a stretch.

The apartments, swimming pool and garden are all excellent, and the location is lovely. What keeps bringing us back, though, is the welcoming atmosphere created by the very nice family and staff. We've had an excellent experience every time and are happy to return again!

There's a hotel minibus to the ski lifts every five minutes each morning, or you can walk there in up to 12 minutes. Restaurants and a supermarket are also just a five-minute walk away. The mountain views are amazing, and the apartments come with what you need, including bathrobes, slippers and kitchen utensils. The spa area has been thought through down to the smallest detail.

Families will find so much for children of every age to do here, while mountain lovers have beautiful surroundings and unforgettable hikes to enjoy. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the wellness area is lovely, thoughtfully put together to meet your needs. Everything is very well organized, and the friendly team does its best to make your wishes come true. It's a wonderful place to relax and have the perfect vacation.

Alpin Chalet Am Burgsee made a fantastic base for our summer holiday in the mountains. We especially appreciated the comfort, the luxury spa and the personal attention. Fam. Keulen, The Netherlands
