The view is spectacular, and the restaurant next door serves really tasty food. We came with our three children and found the rooms very clean, with housekeeping every day. Tom was helpful with all our needs and wishes, and had good suggestions for daily activities, with ideas to suit each guest.

We’ve been regular guests at the refugio for years. It’s an ideal base for exploring the beautiful mountains in both summer and winter. The family hotel brings together warm hospitality and a bit of ‘rock & roll’. We’re always welcomed warmly, and they do their best to make things possible. Thanks.

The views, the welcome, the food, and the quality of the rooms all made this feel like paradise. Go see it for yourself, they do things a different way. Thanks!

Really good stay. The room had a big window and everything was made of wood. Breakfast was good too. A very good experience all around.

I only stayed one night, and honestly, I wish I’d had more time. The place is amazing, breakfast was delicious, and Thomas is one of the best hosts I’ve met. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Thomas!
