We stayed twice as a couple and once with the family over the last two months, and each time the team made it feel like coming home to our ski chalet. The service was professional, kind, and very attentive. Manager Dieter Schenk was everywhere, and his presence seemed to reassure the team. You can feel that in the atmosphere. The hotel has a really lovely ambience, plus excellent food and a modern spa area. The Thurnher’s Alpenhof and the Residences Apartments are perfect places to stay in Zürs, with the ski lift just a few steps away and access to the 400 km skiing area.

The slopes are easy to reach, either directly from Zürs or by bus to the other towns, and there’s also a nice spa for relaxing after skiing. The hotel is charming and in a superb location, with great food and fantastic service that really went above and beyond. Our stay was incredible. I’d truly recommend it as a place to stay in Zürs!

We split a week between St Anton and Zürs, and preferred this hotel for its high level of service and personal care. It’s in a great location, with a shuttle right at the door to Lech if you choose to go there. The historic building has distinctive furniture and art collections, and the staff and management work hard to make the place memorable.

My family has been coming here for over 12 years, and we still can’t get enough. The rooms have just been redone, the food is delicious and arrives promptly, and the staff feel like family. The best hotel in Zürs for us, and we’ll keep coming back!

We were lucky with the snow, which certainly helped, and it was my first time in the Arlberg. The skiing was fantastic. The hotel guide, Roman, was incredibly helpful in showing us around so we could all ski together as a family. They organized rentals, tickets, and lessons perfectly, making everything stress free. We used the spa every day, especially the pool, cold dips, and sauna. I’ve stayed at some lovely resorts and hotels around the world, but this was our best family ski experience. My family just spent a week at the Alpenhof. I’m not sure I’ve ever written a hotel or restaurant review before, but the Alpenhof was so outstanding that I had to.
