The staff kept everything clean, stocked and in good order, and everyone was friendly and helpful the whole time. The spa was amazing; after snowboarding each day, we couldn't wait to use it. There's plenty of parking on site if you drive. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and we'd definitely come back next time we're nearby.

This was our second stay at Arabell with the Wolf family, and we'll be back. The hotel's close to central Lech and the lifts, so skiing and apres ski are convenient, but it's far enough away to feel peaceful and comfortable. The food is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are welcoming. On Christmas Eve, the family hosts carol singing before dinner, then lights candles and sparklers on the tree. The new wellness area is spacious, thoughtfully designed and perfect after a day on the slopes.
