The owner was super helpful, and breakfast service was really lovely. It’s a comfortable, clean place in Lech, with the ski bus stop right at the door and a sauna on site. I’d recommend it to skiers during the season and hikers in the off-season.

I accidentally booked this Pension on Check24 for the wrong date, a day earlier than intended. I called straight away, but they wouldn’t cancel through the app, which many hotels kindly allow, or keep the credit for a future visit, which also would have been fair. I can’t accept that kind of behavior. It felt money-driven.

The sauna was a perfect place to unwind, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their service made the stay feel like a five-star hotel. I had a fantastic time at Das Bürstegg and would gladly return. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly clean, and the host and staff were always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was more than perfect, with quality food like great coffee, fresh bread, fruit and juices, cereals, and plenty more. There’s parking right outside, public transport comes directly to the house, and the ski lifts are nearby. A wellness area is available for relaxing, too.

I rarely write reviews, but Haus Bürstegg was so friendly and well run that I felt I should. Frau Jochum and her helper made sure we were comfortable, could get where we needed to go, and had a good breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were perfect, and so was our stay. If we visit Lech again, I’d choose this place over the more expensive hotels nearby.
